Anderson of the one part and James C. Studdard of the other part, both of the County and State aforesaid. Witnesseth, That the said William L. Anderson for and in consideration of the Sum of one Hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained Sold and Conveyed unto the Said James C. Studdard his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of Land situated lying and being in the County of Walton and State aforesaid. It being one quarter of lot No Thirty two the N.E. quarter of said Lot first Dist of said County. To have and to hold said tract or parcel of Land unto him the said James C. Studdard his heirs and assigns together with all and Singular the rights members and appurtenances unto the Same or in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit behoof forever in fee Simple. And the Said William L. Anderson for himself his heirs & assigns the Said bargained premises unto the Said James C. Studdard his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all other person or persons whatsoever.
