W. Black of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Marthy Wellmaker for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred & fifty Dollars (650) to them in hand paid at and before the sealing & delivering of these resents the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged hat granted bargained soled conveyed & doth by these presents grant bargain sell & convey unto the said to the said J. W. Black his heirse and assignes all that track or parel of land situated lying and being in the county aforesaid adjoining Alex Webb M P Baker William Palmer & Caroline Smith one half of lot nomber forty one containing one hundred & twenty five (125) acres one halfe acre excepted for the purpose of family burying ground – to have and to hold the said bargained premises with all and singular the rights members & apertenances thereunto belonging or in anywise ahpertaining thereunto to his and one proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple. And the said Marthy Wellmaker for herselfe hearies executorse & administrators the said bargain premises unto the said J. W. Black his heirse & asignes will warrant & forever defend the rights and title thereof against themselves and against the claimes fo all persons whatever. Witness wherof the said Marthy Wellmaker hath herunto set her hand and fixt her seale the day and year above written. Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of Robert F.
