Most of the meeting was held inside the church, but the bountiful lunch was spread outside. Mr. V. E. Bentley was master of ceremonies. Most of the morning was taken up with singing and many short addresses. Several quartettes provided entertainment, as did Mr. Clement L. Bentley, of Greensboro, N. C., who played the guitar for the audience. After the dinner, prizes were awarded to three members of the group for specific qualifications. Mr. Lamar Bentley was awarded a prize for shaking the most hands during the day. Mrs. W. H. Robinson was awarded for the most beautiful young woman present, and Mrs. Roe Bentley, of Deamonville, Ala., was awarded a prize for the most beautiful older woman of the group.
