What I call 'Newsy Notes' of Atlanta. 

November 20, 1884

Monroe GA., Nov. 19 - 
Sand Mountain Alabama, will be well populated with
Walton County people. Nearly every night some debt
dodger slips off and leaves his creditors in the
lurches. Merchants, Lawyers, bailiffs and sheriffs
are riding day and night. Attachments are as thick
as the falling leaves.
