MORTUARY.

Social Circle, Ga., August 17-
Dr. R. A. Cook, one of the most prominent physicians in the county, died at his 
home here at noon Friday, after an illness of several weeks.  Dr. Cook was a 
deacon in the Baptist church, and president of the board of education.  He is 
survived by a wife and six daughters, all of whom were with him at the time of 
his death.  The funeral was held at the Baptist church at this place Saturday 
afternoon at 3 o'clock, conducted by Dr. J. B. W. Graham, of Atlanta, assisted 
by Rev. J. Walker Combs, of Monticello.
