EDMONDSON From: The Walton Tribune - Monroe, Georgia September 29, 1950 Funeral services were held September 24 at Pleasant Valley Methodist Church for Mr. William Thomas Edmondson, of Good Hope, with the Reverands J.L. Drake and Ed A. Caldwell officiating, interment followed in Mitchell Cemetery with the E.L. Almand Company in charge. Mr. Edmondson was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, and one of the counties best known and highly esteemed citizens. Eighty four years of age, he was born in Walton County and was the son of the late Edmond B. Edmondson and Mary Frances Dally Edmondson. Surviving are eight children, Mesdames Jesse Brown, Campton; Mrs.T.L. Broach, Good Hope: Messrs. J.D. Edmondson, G.M. Edmondson, T.W. Edmondson, J.H. Edmondson, C.B. Edmondson and C.C. Edmondson, Good Hope, and one sister, Mrs Lilly Stevens, Atlanta, Twenty-seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren also survive. The Tribune wishes to be included among the many friends expressing tenderest sympathy to the bereaved family. ===================================================
