The Walton Tribune, Monroe, Georgia March 26, 1952
Former native of Walton County passes at the age of 71.
Mrs. L. M. Watson, age 71, died at her home at Auburn on March 20. She was the 
daughter of the late Isac H and Francis C. Davies Bentley, pioneer citizens of 
Walton County. Funeral services for Mrs. Watson were held last Saturday from 
the Bay Creek Baptist Church with Elder H. O. Nash and Elder W. F. Buford 
officiating. Interment followed in the churchyard. Several children survive 
her as well a brother V. E. Bentley of Loganville.
