Located on the second row, 4th person from the left, is Thomas R. Rowe, my greatgrandfather (wearing a white shirt and suspendors). The lady sitting in front of him (white bouse holding baby in white dress) is thought to be his wife, Leila Murrell Rowe. The 10th person from the left on the front row is Frank Rowe (white shirt with suspendors). Frank was a dwarf but was elected as Coroner for Walton County in 1914. Frank was about 19 years old in this photo but was still the same height as many of the younger children.
