Georgia, Walton County.

    Know all men that we, Bennie Verner and A.M. Wright, G.J. Hearn and W.H. 
Griffin are held and bound into R.C. Knight, Ordinary of said County and his 
successor in office in the sum of two thousand dollars for payment of which we 
bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns jointly and severally. Signed sealed and 
delivered, this February 1, 1904. The condition of the above bond is such that 
if Bennie Verner, who has this day been appointed Guardian of the person and 
property of Jesse Dalton, an incompetent and imbecile person and incapable of 
managing his estate shall well and truly demean himself as such Guardian of the 
said Jesse Dalton according to law, then the above bond to be void else to 
remain in full force and effect
