Knight, Ordinary of said County: The petition of Mrs. L.A. Barber shows that Jesse Dalton of said County is an imbecile from old age and infirmity, and therefore liable to have a Guardian appointed under the provisions of the law in such cases, made and provided and that he has an estate consisting of personally the value of Five Hundred Dollars and that by reason of his imbecility, he is incapable of managing his said estate. Petitioner further shows that three of the nearest adult relatives of the said Jesse Dalton, are his wife Margaret A. Dalton, his son John W. Dalton and his daughter Mollie Dalton, all of said County. Wherefore, petitioner prays that notice issued to be served upon said Margaret A. Dalton, John W. Dalton and Mollie Dalton, as required by law, and that your honor issue a commission in terms of the statute and if upon examination and the hearing of evidence should be found to be imbecile, that your honor appoint same discreet and proper person as the Guardian of the property of the said Jesse Dalton.
