Galloway WHEREAS J.W. Dalton late of the County and State aforesaid J.W. Dalton deceased, died intestate, having whilst he lived, and at the time of his death, Real and Personal Estate within the County and State aforesaid, by means whereof the full disposition and power of granting the administration of all and singular, the Real and Personal Estate of said deceased, and also auditing the accounts, calculations, and reckonings, of the said administration, and a final dismission of the same, to this Court is manifestly known to belong: I, desiring that the Real and Personal Estate of the said deceased may be well and truly administered, converted and well disposed of, do hereby grant unto the said N.L. Galloway full power by the tenor of these presents to administer the Real and Personal Estate of the said deceased which, to his in his lifetime, and at the time of his death did belong; and to ask, levy, sue for, recover and receive the same; and to pay the debts in which the deceased stood obligated, so far forth as his Real and Personal Estate will extend according to their rate and order of law being first sworn on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God, to make a true and perfect inventory thereof, and to exhibit the same into the Court of Ordinary, aforesaid, in order to be recorded, on or before the 3 day of Feb. 1941, next ensuing, and to render a just and true account, calculation and reckoning of the said administration, when thereunto required: And I ordain, depute, and constitute you, the said N.L. Galloway Administrator of all and singular the Real and Personal Estate of the said deceased. WITNESS the Honorable G.A. Georgia, Walton County By The Honorable The Ordinary Of Said County P. 218 To all whom these Presents shall come or be made known, Greeting: Whereas, N.L. Galloway Administrator of the Lands and Tenements, Goods, Chattels and Credits of J.W. Dalton, deceased, hath made application for the dismission thereof; and on examination of the appraisement and inventory of said estate of J.W. Dalton, deceased, having found all and singular the property of said estate which came to the hands of said N.L. Galloway well and truly administered, as appears by the vouchers lodged in office: We do, therefore, in pursuance of the powers vested in us, hereby discharge, exonerate, and dismiss the said N.L. Galloway from the administration as aforesaid, and further discharge, exonerate, and dismiss Maryland Casualty Co. from any security entered into by and for N.L. Galloway in consequence thereof.
