This file was contributed by: Valesca McMillan valesca@webtv.net ======================================================================= Eliza A Fuller's Estate Records LDS film #0262674 Walton County State of Ga Court of Ordinary Letters of Administration & Guardianship 1867-1871 Pg. 42 To All whoever these presents may come, Greetings, Whereas Monroe F Fuller hath made application to me for letters of Administration on the estate and effects of Eliza A Fuller and whereas in consequence hereof the necessary forms have been followed and citation issued from this office returnable to the next Court of Ordinary And it being suggested to me that unless Authority is granted to some person to collect and gather up the Goods, Chattles and effects of the said deceased during that period of time, the same will be liable to be made waste and injured(?). Now therefore Know Ye That I R.A. Cook ordinary of said County by virue of the power in me vested by the General Assembly have Granted and by these do Grant unto the said Monroe F Fuller full power by the tenar(?) of these presents to collect and gather up all and singular the Goods and Chattels Rights and Credits of the said deceased and to keep the same without im____ment or waste until legal Administration there in Shall be Grantee and to rinder a just and true account of the same when thereunto required.
