To All whoever these presents may come, Greetings, Whereas Monroe F
Fuller hath made application to me for letters of Administration on the
estate and effects of Eliza A Fuller and whereas in consequence hereof
the necessary forms have been followed and citation issued from this
office returnable to the next Court of Ordinary And it being suggested
to me that unless Authority is granted to some person to collect and
gather up the Goods, Chattles and effects of the said deceased during
that period of time, the same will be liable to be made waste and
injured(?). Now therefore Know Ye That I R.A. Cook ordinary of said
County by virue of the power in me vested by the General Assembly have
Granted and by these do Grant unto the said Monroe F Fuller full power
by the tenar(?) of these presents to collect and gather up all and
singular the Goods and Chattels Rights and Credits of the said deceased
and to keep the same without im____ment or waste until legal
Administration there in Shall be Grantee and to rinder a just and true
account of the same when thereunto required.

By the honorable the Ordinary of Said County Whereas Eliza A Fller of
this county lately died intestate; having while she lived and at the
time of her death divers lands and tenements Goods rights and credits
within the county aforesaid by means whereof the full disposition and
power of Granting the Adimistration of all & singular the Goods rights
and credits of the said deceased and also aditng the accounts
calculations & reckonings of said Administration & of final dismission
of the same to the Ordinary of said county do of right belong &
desiveing tha the lands & tenements, goods rights & credits of said
deceased may be well and truely administered converted and disposed of
do hereby Grant unto Monroe F Fuller full power by the tinar(?) of 
these presents to administer the land & tenements Goods rights & 
credits of said deceased which to her in her lifetime and at the time 
of her death did belong and to ask beg recover and receive the same and 
pay the debts in which the deceased stood bound so far forth (?) as her 
lands & tenements goods rights & credits will extend according to their 
rate and order of Law being first Sworn on the Holy Eengelist of 
Almighty God to make a true & perfect inventory thereof & to exhibit 
the same to the Ordinary in the County aforesaid in order to be 
recorded on or before the day of next insuring and to render a just & 
true account of said Administration wherethreto required and you are 
hereby ordained constituted & appointed Admin_____ of all & singular 
the lands & tenements goods rights & credits of said deceased
