By the Honorable the Court of Ordinary of said County
To John M Ammon of Said County Greeting

Whereas Monroe Fuller Minor of Simeon Fuller deceased is possesed in 
his own right of a considerable estate by means Whereof the power of
granting the guardianship of the Said Monroe Fuller to this court is
manifestly known to belong And for the better securing the Estate and
More Ample Maintainance and education of the Said Orphan and from the
integority and confidence reposed in You the Court doth hereby comend
the tution(?) education and Guardianship of the Said Monroe Fuller to
you the Said John M Ammons You assenting thereto by Your acceptance of
these Letters Herein Charging You that you Maintain and cause to be
educated Said Minor in such Manner as shall be Suitable to his interest
and Circumstances during his Minority and that You inquire into and 
take charge of his Estate both real and personal and all other things 
to do which by law you ought to do for your said Ward Of all Which a 
true and perfect accout you shall render to this Court Yearly according 
to law during Your continuance in Offic And lastly You are hereby 
constituted and Appointed Guardian of the aforesaid Monroe Fuller 
during his Minority

In Witness Wherof and by Authority of Said Court at a
regular term thereof I have hereunto Set My
hand and Seal this the third day of December 1860
