In Dec 1832 - this 250 acres were sold to Leon Sterling.
Hannah, Ephraim & William G Bilbo bought mainly farm equipment.
James Hughey versus Joseph -- probably in lieu of Ephraim being the youngest 
& James was the eldest son.
1830 Walton County Census shows Ephraim & Hannah in the household of William 
G Bilbo, wagonmaker.
