In consideration that the said Charles, William and Noah divide the Estate of William LACKEY, late of Walton County deceased, equally share and share alike between himself, William LACKEY, Charles LACKEY, Noah LACKEY, Reuben COOK and Joel AYCOCK . She, the said Elizabeth LACKEY binds herself to divide at her death all the property of which she may be provided(?) equally share and share alike between the said William LACKEY, Charles LACKEY, Noah LACKEY, Reuben COOK, and Joel AYCOCK or their Representatives and she binds herself not to sell or convey away any of the property she may obtain by the distribution of William LACKEY's Estate except by the consent of said William, Charles, Noah, Reuben, and Joel.
