I have given JAMES T. ROBERTS, my son, in money and property to the amount of six hundred dollars 2nd. I have given to my son SANSOM M. ROBERTS in money and property five hundred and twenty-five dollars. 3rd. I have given my son GRIFFIN L. ROBERTS in land five hundred dollars. 4th. I have given my son WILLIS W. ROBERTS in land to the amount of four hundred and fifty dollars. 5th. I have given my son ABSOLUM E. ROBERTS in land to the amount of five hundred and twenty-four dollars. 6th I have given my son THOMAS S. ROBERTS one horse (?) worth twenty-five dollars which I ??? to them and their heirs forever. 7th. I wish all my property, both real and personal, sold and equally divided between my children JAMES T., SANSOM W., GRIFFIN L., WILLIS W., ABSOLUM E., THOMAS S., EDMUND W. AND MARY ANN ROBERTS deducting the amounts each one has received as above named, out of their part. 8th. I appoint DAVID RAMEY and PETER G. MORROW my executors to this my last will and testament, revoking all others in testimony whereof I set my hand and seal this 4th of February 1837. Absolem Echols a brother of Milner Echols who md. Susannah Sansom, also lived in Clarke/Walton Co.'s Ga. Nancy Sansom Echols buried in cemetery plot with Thomas and America Nunnally Sansom.
