J. B. STRICKLAND

Mr. J. B. Strickland, the well known contractor and
builder, has for many years been identified with the
Industrial side of Waycross, and has to his credit the
constuction of many of the handsome homes and business
houses of the city.

For the past year or so Mr. Strickland has turned his
attention principally to the manufacture of cement stone,
tiling and brick, and has established a large business in
this line. He is the manager and one of the proprietors
of the Waycross Stone, Tile & Brick Co.

The beautiful $10,000 home of Drs. Cannon and Meeks which
has just been completed on Carswell and Nichols Streets,
is a sample of Mr. Stricklands' cement stone work.
