Ware County
         
        This Indenture made this 15th day of April in the year our Lord 
Eighteen hundred and seventy seven between John Muns and Burrell Douglass both 
of the State and County aforesaid. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of 
the sum of Twenty three Dollars ($ 23.00) in hand paid by the party of the 
second part, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents. The 
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold and 
delivered and conveyed and by these presents bargain, sell and convey unto the 
said Burrell Douglass the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns all 
my right, title and interest to and in a certain Lot of Land. Known and 
disinguished as lot No. Three hundred and fifty one lying and being in the 
Eighth District of originally Appling now Ware County State aforesaid 
containing Ninety Eight (98) acres more or less in the southwest corner of said 
lot. Together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances as to 
the said lot of land in any wise belonging to his own proper uses and benefit 
forever in fee simple and the said John Muns for himself his heirs and 
Executors Administrators the said bargained premises will forever warrant and 
defend the title thereof against himself and all other persons.
In testimony whereof the said John Muns hath hereunto set his hand and seal the 
day and year find above written.
