Ware County State of Georgia This indenture, made this the 21st day of Feb. in the year one thousand nine hundred and twenty one, between W.B. Hargraves,Jr. of the State of Florida and County of Okeechobee, of the first part, and J.B. Harrell and C.J.M. Brantley, as Trustees of the Hargraves Chapel Church of the New Congregational Methodist Church of the State of Georgia and County of Ware, of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollars to him in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these present, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said parties of the second part, and to their successors in office as such trustees of said Church assigns forever, all That tract or parcel of land lying, situate and being a part of lot of land number one hundred and thirty nine (139) in the 7th District of Ware County, Georgia, being bounded as follows: On the North by lands of N.N. Hurst; on the East by lands of A.E. Graves; On the South by original land line; on the West by lands of W.C. Glenn; said tract containing two acres more or less. To have and to hold the said bargained premises, together with all and singular the rights, members, appurtenances thereto, in anywise appertaining or belonging to only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said trustees and their successors in office of the second part, their successors in office in fee-simple forever; And the said party of the first part, will, and his heirs, executors and administrators shall, the afore granted premises unto said trustees and their successors in office of the second part, their successors in office of the New Congregational Methodist Church forever warrant and defend by virtue of these presents.
