She was a native of Pearson but had lived in Waycross for most of her life. S She was the daughter of the late Henry Joyner and Irene Walker Joyner. She was a also preceded in death by her first husband, Houston Bennett and two brothers, B Buddy Joyner and Benny Joyner. She had retired in 2000 as the Seafood Department manager with Winn-Dixie Grocery after thirty-eight years of service. Survivors include her husband, Ronald Boyles of Waycross; two daughters, Selena Bennett Ouldali of Philadelphia, PA and Milva Bennett Jernigan (husband Ken) of Waycross; son, Walker Bennett of Waycross; two step-sons, Ronnie Boyles and Donnie Boyles both of Yulee, FL; six grandchildren, Brianna Crews (husband Clay) of Blackshear, Leighann Davis (husband Trey) of Blackshear, Jackie Jernigan, Jessica Jernigan, Jennifer Jernigan and Julieanna Jernigan all of Waycross; three great grandchildren, Dagan McDonald, Beau Crews and Houston Davis; three sisters, Lou Ellen Carter (husband Jimmy) of Douglas, Earlene Stansell Stansell of Norfolk, VA, and Marietta Poole of Blackshear; brother, Parnell Joyner (Kathy) of Augusta; special niece, Judy Summerlin of Frederick, MD and n numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday Dec. 9, 2010 at Music Funeral Home Chapel. Bural will be in the Bennett Cemetery near Millwood. The family will be r receiving friends from 7 till 9 p.m. Wednesday evening at Music Funeral Home. Music Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
