Arthur Clinton Clark Sr., 82 died suddenly this morning. He was a native of White Oak, the son of the late John Lee Clark and Fannie Lu (Phillips) Clark. He was a member of the Baptist Church and had been a security guard at the Waycross Machine Industries for a number of years. Survivors include his wife: Mrs. Martha (Musick) Clark, Waycross ; five daughters , Mrs. Ruth Tisedale, Mrs. Era Mae Brown, and Mrs. Betty Wildes all of Waycross , Mrs. Alice Kilvington, Orlando, Fla, and Mrs. Margery Henderson, Salt Lake City, Utah; two sons, Clyde Clark, Ft. Pierce, Florida and John Lee Clark of Durham, North Carolina; three sisters, Mrs. Martha Wildes, Waycross, Mrs. Lila Bunch, Homerville and Mrs. Annie Belle Williams, Stockton; 28 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Mincy-Fulford Funeral Home. Waycross Journal Herald Thursday, September 23, 1976 The funeral of A. C. MARTHA ELIZABETH CLARK Mrs. Martha Elizabeth Clark, 83 widow of the late A. C. Clark died last night in Memorial Hospital after a short illness. She was a native of Duval County, Florida and daughter of the late John J. Musick and Missouri (Brown ) Musick . Raised in Camden County, she made her home in Waycross the past 34 years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Survivors include three daughters , Mrs. W. O. Wildes , Mrs. James C. Brown Sr., both of Waycross , Mrs. Ruth Padgett , St. Marys ; two sons, John L. Clark of Tallahassee, Florida ; one sister, Mrs. Lydia Woodberry, Phoenix, Arizona; one brother, Joseph Musick, Santa Monica, California ; 39 grandchildren, 45 great- grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. At the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Central Avenue. Burial will be in Kettle Creek Cemetery.
