Waycross Journal-Herald, Saturday, November 27, 1915:
H. J. DANIELS DIES AT A.C.L. HOSPITAL
Early today at the Atlantic Coast Line hospital, where he
had been ill for some time, H. J. Daniels died. The
funeral service will be conducted tonight at seven
o'clock at the home of Mr. Highsmith, 78 Sweat Street, by
Rev. H. R. Holcomb, of the Central Baptist church. The
remains will be taken to Enterprise, Ala. tomorrow
morning at six o'clock for interment. Besides his wife,
the deceased is survived by three children. His parents,
Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Daniels, of Enterprise, Ala., also
survive, as do four brothers, A.C. Daniels, of Waycross;
J.A. and J.P. Daniels, of Enterprise, and O.M. Daniels,
of Elba, Ala.
