                            Hilliard Rites Held
     Funeral services for James Loran Hilliard Sr., who died
Thursday, was held Saturday at the Crawford Street Baptist Church
with the Rev. J. D. Bowen officiating.
     Burial was in the City Cemetery at Douglas.
     Active pallbearers were Frank Murray, Roy Thigpen, E. T.
Warnock, Bill Sweat, Virgil Haynes, Jr., F. C. Herrin and Paul
Robinson.
     Mincy-Fulford Feneral Home was in charge.
