V. Outlaw Died Today Ethridge V. Outlaw Sr., retired railroad man, died this morning in a local hospital following a brief illness. He was a member of Trinity Methodist Church, the Big Brothers Sunday School Class and Okefenokee Barracks 1686, Veterans of World War I. Survivors include two sons, E. V. Outlaw Jr. and Donald Outlaw of Waycross; and three daughters, Mrs. Roy Nation, Boyce, La., Mrs. Ruth Outlaw Yeoger, Covina, Calif. and Mrs. Lamar Harvey, Waycross. Outlaw Sr. Funeral services for Etheridge V. Outlaw, 77, who died yesterday following a brief illness, will be held tomorrow at 4 p.m. at the Trinity Methodist Church. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. Members of the American Legion Post No. 10; the Big Brothers Sunday School Class and the Okefenokee Barracks, veterans of World War I, will serve as honorary pallbearers. These are asked to assemble at the church tomorrow at 3 p.m. A native of Montgomery County he had served as an officer for the ACL Railroad Police Force until ill health forced his retirements. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ruth Thomas Outlaw of Waycross; three daughters, Mrs. Andrew J. Joerger of Covina, Calif., Mrs. Mary Evelyn Nation of Boyce, La., Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Harvey of Waycross; two sons, Etheridge V. Outlaw Jr. and Donald P. Outlaw, both of Waycross and ten grandchildren.
