Funeral for Air Force Retired Master Sgt. Bobby Terrell Winge, Sr., 53, was held Sunday afternoon at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel here with the Rev. Dan Rhodes and the Rev. Tommy Doss officiating. Burial with full military rites was in Forest Lawn Cemetery here with members of the U.S. Air Force as pallbearers. A native of Waycross, Sgt. Winge died Friday at a Panama City hospital after a short illness. He had resided in Bay Bay County, Fla., for the past 22 years. He had served in the marine patrol of the Florida Department of Natural Resources since 1971. His Air Force career included service during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was a member of Parker United Methodist Church, was president of the local chapter of Sons of the American Revolution, secretary of the local chapter of Non- Commissioned Officer Association, life member of the Air Force Association and a member of the Genealogical Society, Wing Family of America, Dog Obedience Club, Police Benevolence Association, Retirees Council and Boy Scouts of America. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Winge of Waycross, and his wife is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Walker. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Anne Winge, Callaway, Fla; a daughter, Terre Winge, Panama City; a son, Bobby T. Winge, Jr., Callaway; a granddaughter, Rebecca Winge; two brothers, Revenal E.
