This lady was either a relative or friend of my grandmother Mattie Buchan 
Cercy.  One of my aunts thinks she might have been from Waycross, Ga, but 
doesn't know for sure.  Perhaps someone could identify her.  The picture was 
probably from the 1930s or 40s, developed on a thick heavy paper.
