your petitioner and Thomas W Grizzle, Clemant Grizzle, Stephen Grizzle, 
Elizabeth Grizzle, James Grizzle, Wilie Grizzle, Sarah Grizzle, & Joseph 
Grizzle, children of the aforesaid Wilie Grizzle dec'd late of state & county 
aforesaid [Warren Co GA] are tenants in common in & of two tracts of land lying 
& being in said county & state on waters of Rocky Comfort containing together
