A Notice is Hereby Given
That nine months after date application will be made to the honorable, the 
Court of Ordinary, for said county, for leave to sell one Tract of Land, on 
Hart’s Creek, containing 370 acres, more of less, adjoining Person’s and 
others, it being the real estate of John Kelley dec. for the benefit of heirs 
and creditors.
