Written: January 24, 1791

This Indenture made this Nineteenth Day of February in the Year of Our Lord One 
thousand Seven Hundred & Ninety One, Between Richard Bonner of the County of 
Green & State of Georgia of the one part, and William Berry of Richmond & State 
aforesaid of the other part, Witnesseth, That the Said Richard Bonner, for and 
in consideration of the Sum of two hundred pounds Sterling to him in hand paid 
by the Said William Berry,   _________________________________________

Land was originally granted to the Said Richard Bonner the twenty fourth day 
January One thousand Seven hundred and Ninety One.  With all and Singular the 
Woods, Waters, Water Courses, Improvements, Rents, Issues, Emoluments, 
Hereditaments, & appurtenances, thereunto belonging or appertaining, and also 
the Estate, Right, Title and Interest which he the Said Richard Bonner now hath 
of, or into the Same, To have and to hold the Said Tract of two Hundred Acres 
of Land, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the Said William Berry, his 
Heirs, Exrs, Admrs, and assigns forever, and he the said Richard Bonner, for 
himself, his Heirs &C. forever doth defend the Said Tract of Two Hundred Acres 
of Land, and all and every part, and parcel thereof unto the Said William 
Berry, his Heirs and assigns, Against him the Said Richard Bonner his Heirs 
Exrs. &C. and all & every other person or persons whatsoever, Shall and will 
warrant and forever defend by these presents. In Witness Whereof the Said 
Richard Bonner hath hereunto affixed his hand and Seal the Day and Year first 
above Written.
