Richard Duns to Richard Barrow
20 Feb 1797
Warren County, GA

Know all men by these presents that I Richard Duns have this day bargained Sold 
and delivered unto Richard Barrow one Negro Woman named Milly and her child 
named Tempy for the Consideration of the Sum of four hundred Dollars which I 
acknowledge the receipt thereof and do Warrant and defend the right and Title 
of said Negroes to him the said Richard Barrow his heirs and assigns, and from 
the lawful Claim of any other person or Persons Whatsoever, Given under my hand 
this 20th of February 1797.
