BATT KITCHENS-BOOZE KITCHENS

Georgia Warren County This indenture made this Twenty
Seventh day of February, in the year of out Lord, one
Thousand eight hundred and fifteen, between Batt Kitchens of
the said State and County of the one part, and Booze
Kitchens of the same State and County of Jones of the other
part, witnesseth, that the said Batt Kitchens doth, for the
consideration of the Just and full sum of Three hundred
Dollars, to him in hand paid by the said Booze Kitching, the
receipt where of is hereby acknowledged by him the said Batt
Kitchens witnesseth that the …..Batt Kitchens hath
bargained, sold and doth make over, and doth warrant &
forever defend from myseld, my heirs and assigns, and all
other person or person whomsoever Shall come, all that lot
tract or parcel of land, lying and being in Said County on
Rocky Comfort Creek-- the same to begin at a water oak on
the creek, and runing on Charles McCallister’s line to a
pine corner, thence on said McCallisters line to the branch,
with the various meanders of Said Branch to Rocky Comfort
Creek, thence up said Rocky Comfort to the beginning water
oak, the Same to contain Ninety five acres of Land, be the
same more or less, the same granted to Briant McClendon,
together with all the houses, so ever belonging or in any
wise appertaining, and all the Interest, claims and demands
of him the said Batt Kitchens, his heirs and assigns, and
all other person or person unto the said Booze Kitchens, his
heirs and assigns, and to no other person or persons, to be
conveyed to their own proper use and benefit, to have and to
hold the above mentioned tract of land forever in fee
simple, ____ date first above written
