LARRY KITCHENS-CHARLES MCALLISTER

Georgia Warren County} This indenture made this thirteenth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fourteen between Larry Kitchens of the said State and County of the one part & Charles McAllister of the same State and County of the other part. Witnesseth, That the said Larry Kitchens do for the just & full sum of two hundred Dollars, to him in hand paid by the said Charles Mcallister, at or before the signing and delivering of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by him the said Larry Kitchens; Witnesseth that the said Larry Kitchens hath bargained and sold and conveyed and make over; and doth warrant and forever defend, from myself, my heirs and assigns, and all other person or persons, all that tract, lot, or parcel of land, lying and being in siad county on Rocky Comfort, the same to begin at a pine corner, on said Creek, and running S.43 W.48=50 to a pine corner, thence N.69 W.9 to a ___ Oak corner, thence N about 7 West 20-50, to a pine, thence N. about 47/8. 15= to a pince corner, thence N.32 E.18-50, to a post oak corner thence S. 60 E. 12=50 crossing Rocy Comfort to a water oak thence N.43 E.12=50, to a pine corner, thence S. 47 E to the Creek, thence down said creek to the beginning pine corner, together with all the improvements, there on in any wise appertaining there to, unto the siad Charles Mcallister his heris and assigns and to no other person or persons, to have and to hold the above tract of land forever in fee simple Day and date first above written = Signed, Sealed & delivered in the presents of
