HILBY MOORE-MORRIS ANSLEY

Georgia Warren County} 
This indenture made and entered into the ninth day of June
Eighteen hundred and forty five between Hilby Moore of the
one part and Morris Ansley of the other part, both of the
State and County aforesaid. Witnesseth that the said Hilby
Moore for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred
and fifty dollars to him in hand paid at or before the
Signing Sealing & delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath

bargained made sold to the said Morris Ansley. One hundred
acres pine land more or less in said County & State
adjoining lands of John W Smith Elias Lazenby the Reddish
place and a tract of the Georgia Rail Company. Together with
all and singular the rights members and appertinances there
of unto the said Morris Ansley his heirs and assigns to have
and to hold for their now proper use benefit and behoof
forever in fee simple------ The said Hilby Moore for himself
his heirs Executors and administrators do and will warrant
and defend the right and title thereof from themselves and
all other persons whatever.

In testimony whereof the said Hilby Moore have hereunto set
his hand and seal the day and year above written
