JOSIAH MYRICK-JAMES S THOMPSON

State of Georgia Warren County} 

This indenture made this twenty first day of December
Eighteen hundred and forty Seven between Josiah Myrick of
the one part and James S Thompson of the other part both of
the County and State aforesaid. Witnesseth that the said
Josiah Myrick for and in consideration of the sum of one
hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the
Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged 

hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and does by these
presents grant, bargain and Sell and convey unto the said
James S Thompson his heirs and assigns all that tract or
parcel of Land Situate lying and being in the County of
Warren on the waters of Goldens Creek containing two acres
more or less bounded as follows on the North by the Augusta
Road or Jesse Jones on the East and South by Josiah Myrick &
on the West by George T Neal with all the rights members?
And appertenances there unto being or belonging to have and
to hold Said Lot or parcel of Land unto him the said James
Thompson his heirs and assigns together with all the rights
members and appertenances to the said tract or parcel of
Land in any belonging to his and their own proper use
benefit and behoof forever in fee Simple. That the said
Josiah Myrick for himself his heirs executors and
administrators the said ?forgained premises together with
the right title and possession thereof unto the said James S
Thompson his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever
defend the right and title thereof against themselves and
against the claim of all other persons whatever. In witness
whereof the said Josiah Myrick hath hereunto set his hand
and Seal the day and date above written
