Frost gefrost@mindspring.com HARMON PERRYMAN AND EPHRAIM IVY Dec 14, 1810 GEORGIA, WARREN COUNTY This Indenture made this fourteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ten and in the thirty fifth year of American Independence, between Harmon Perryman of the County of Warren and State aforesaid of the one part and Ephraim Ivey of the County and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Harmon Perryman for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars to him in hand will and truly paid by the said Ephraim Ivey at or before the Sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold and released and confirmed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, release and confirm unto the said Ephraim Ivey his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land Situate lying and being in the County and State aforesaid having such marks and forms natural and artificial as are ________ and delineated in the annexed plat, beginning at a post oak on Balls land running N 65 E 34.70 to a sweet-gum corner on Slatter & Persons land thence N 25, W 31.70 to a hickory on said Perrymans land thence S 65 W 31.70 to a pine on Do(ditto) thence S 25 E 12.25 to a pine on Do(ditto) thence S 76 W 35 to a pine on James Cooper's Decs thence S 33 E 43 to a black jack on Ball's land thence N 45 W 30 to a " P" oak as Do(ditto) thence N 25 W 2 to the beginning corner for two hundred acres be the same more or less together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereunto whatsoever to the said tract of land being belonging or in any wise appertaining and remainders, reversions, rents issues, profits thereof to have and to hold the said tract of land and all and singular the premises and appurtenances thereunto belonging as aforesaid and every part thereof unto the said Ephraim Ivey his heirs and assigns to the only proper use benefit and be hoof of the said Ephraim Ivey his heirs and assigns forever and the said Harmon Perryman his heirs &C the said tract of land and premises aforesaid and every part thereof unto the said Ephraim Ivey his heirs and assigns against himself the said Perryman his heirs and all and every person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents.
