Bounded as follows beginning at a stake corner and running N 28 E 27 chains to a stake corner thence s. 62 E 14 chains to a Popler & thence S 41 ½ W 28 chains to a Post oak & thence N. 62 W 8 chains to the beginning corner containing thirty acres. To have and to hold the said bargained Land with all and singular the improvements thereon unto the said Timothy Kitchens his heirs and assigns forever. The said Richard Rhodes doth for himself his heirs Executors Administrators and from all persons whatsoever doth forever warrant and defend the right and Title to the said bargained Land unto the said Timothy Kitchens his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple by these presents.
