P. Harrison, a flagman on the Georgia railroad was killed at the depot Tuesday night at 3 o’clock, while switching cars. He has been on the road for years and at the time of his death was sealing up a car when the train gave a jerk throwing him between the cars and the platform. He was terribly mashed, and lived but a few minutes after being found. Mr. Harrison was a man of over six feet in height, and had a commanding appearance. He was about 28 years of age, and leaves a father, mother, sister and brother to mourn his loss. His remains were carried to Norwood, Ga., on the 4:28 train Wednesday, for interment.
