Augusta Chronicle March 26, 1938
Joe Coxwell, 79 year old resident of Warrenton, GA injured in auto accident. 
Privates C. R. Wlsey and R. H. Ripley found Coxwell under steering wheel, but 
he and J. P. English both claimed the other was driving.  The other car was 
driven by L. L. Cochran
