DEATH’S SAD ROLL

     Col. John D. Pilcher, graduate of Emory College, and classmate of 
President Candler, died in Warren County Thursday. A noble, generous young man 
is gone, and he will be sadly missed by the poor and needy for he was a friend 
and helper to all in want or distress.
