Warren County Will Book 1829-1852 Page 7, Warren County Courthouse, Warrenton, GA.

Last will and testament of Ann Coram Dec'd Georgia, Warren County.
In the name of God amen.
I Ann Coram being low of body but of sound mind and disposing 
memory do make, constitute and ordain this my last will and 
testament.

1st. I will that all my just debts be paid.

2nd. I will and bequeath unto Thomas Coram all that tract or 
parcel of land situated in the 10th District in the first 
section in the County of Lee containing two hundred two and a 
half acres which is known and distinguished in the plan of said 
district by the number (206). It being a tract of land that I 
drew. In witness whereof I do here set my hand on this 11th of 
April 1829.

March 1st 1830 Georgia, Warren County, Jason Hays and William M. 
Coram. You swear that you saw Ann Coram the testator within 
named sign, seal, publish, and declare this instrument of 
writing to be her last will and testament, that in your opinion 
she was of sound mind and disposing memory, that in her presence 
and at her request and in the presence of each other you became 
witnesses thereunto and that you Thomas Young, the other 
witness, subscribe his name also so help you God.
