It would continue on p. 90) The Last Will annd Testament of WILLIAM FAGALIE, dec. In the Name of God, Amen. I William Fagalie, of the State of Georgia, and County of Warren, being weak in body, but of sound mind and memory thanks be to God for his mercy, and I do make this my last Will and Testament. First, I order and direct all my just debts to be paid and satisfied. Secondly, I wish for my beloved wife, Lucy Fagalie, to have the use of all the Lands where I now live containing Seven hundred and seventy two acres, with the Plantation Tools, during her life time or Widow-hood, and no longer; and then to be equally divided amongst my five boys, namely John, William, James, Robertson, and Franklin. Thirdly I give to my Daughters Mary Fagalie, one Feather Bed and furniture, and Two Cows and Calves. Fourthly. I give to my son John Fagalie, one Chesnut Sorrel Covering horse. Fifthly I give to my Daughter Cassa Williams, two Cows and two Ewes and lambs and one Sow and Pigs. Sixthly I give to my Daughter Barbara Fagalie, one Feather Bed, when she comes of Age. Seventhly I give to my Daughter Fanny Fagalie one Feather Bed, when She comese of age. Eightly. It is also my desire that my beloved wife Lucy Fagalie, have the use of all the rest of my property her lifetime or widowhood, and no longer, for the use and raising of my six youngest children, viz.
