A. Pettit, caveats & objects to the probate of Said Will on the following Grounds 1st For that said Will is not Executed according to the forms and solemnities required by law. 2nd For that since the making & execution of Sd Will & Testament, the said William Harbuck had born to him by his lawful wife, two children, Nicholas and Ammaritta Hestoyes (?) Harbuck, which in Law is an implied revocation of said Will & Testament On which the Court decided That the admission of the Sd Will & Testament be postponed until Next Term of the Sd Court to be holden (sic) on the first monday (sic) in January next.
