Administration of Estate of John Harbuck 07 Nov 1814 Warren County, GA Warren Co., GA, Administrators Bond Book A 1811-1835, Page 22 Georgia, Warren County Know all men by these Presents that we William Harbuck and James Neal are held and firmly unto the Court of Ordinary for sd County in the sum of One hundred and fifty dollars To which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors & administrators & each & every one of them, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this Seventh day of Nov 1814. The conditions of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden William Harbuck administrator of the Goods, Chattels, rights & Credits of John Harbuck, late of sd County deceased do make a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased, which have or may come into the hands, possession or knowledge of them or either of them or into the hands of possession of any other person or persons for them, and the same so made do exhibit into the Clerk's office of the Court of Ordinary, when thereto required by law, and such goods, Chattels, & Credits shall well and truly administer, according to law; and do make a just and true account of his actings and doings therein, to the said Court of Ordinary for sd County and all the remainder of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the sd deceased which shall be found remaining on account of the sd administration (the same being first allowed by the said Court) shall deliver and pay over to such person or persons respectively as are intitled to the same by law; and if it shall hereafter appear that any last Will & Testament was made by said deceased and the same approved before the Court and the Executors thereof obtain a Certificate of the Probate thereof then the sd William Harbuck do in that case (if required) render & deliver his letter to be void; otherwise, to remain in full force.
