Written: October 30, 1838

First -To my Wife, Celia; negro Jack, negro woman Mason, negro woman Hannah, 
house, 100 acres land, one horse, feather bed, furniture, one hundred fifty 
dollars cash.
Second - To John Lynn, Sr; $200 for my daughter Lavina
Third - To living children of daughter Rebecca Sallas; negro woman Nancy, 90 
acres land adjoining Rebecca Cody.
Fourth - James Sallas; $5
Fifth - To daughter Polly Sallas; $100
Sixth - To three oldest sons of Milly Mollier; $100 each
Seventh - To Clemmon Mollier; $5
Eight - To other five sons; Randal, Thomas, Adam, Benjamin, Sterling remainder 
of estate equally divided.
