And as respects my temporal concerns I give First To my wife Celia [during her life, widowhood, or keeping a criminal correspondence with any man under any pretence whatever, one negro man named Jack, one negro woman named Mason, one negro woman named Hannah, the house I now live in and one hundred acres of my land whereever She sees cause to take it, one first choice horse, one feather bedstead and furniture, one hundred and fifty dollars cash. Second I give John Lynn Sr two hundred dollars for my daughter Lavina Third I give to be equally divided among the living children of my daughter Rebecca Sallas one negro woman named Nancy and her increase, Ninety acres of land more or less adjoining Rebecca Cody Fourth I give James Sallas five dollars and no more. Fifth I give my daughter Polly Sallas one hundred dollars. Sixth I give to the three oldest sons of Milly Mollier one hundred dollars each to be paid by the Executors when they come of age. Seventh I give Clemmon Mollier five dollars and no more. Eighth All the Ballance of my Estate whether consisting of lands, negroes, cash, Stock, debts due etc etc I give to be equally divided among my five living Sons following as well the estate herein before left to my wife at her death or forfeiture to wit Randol Ivy, Thomas, Adam, Benjamin and Sterling. Ninth I nominate, constitute and appoint my sons Thomas and Adam Ivy, Executors of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I Have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 30th day of October 1838.
