I Aaron Jackson of the county an state of aforesaid being of sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament. First, my soul I give to God who gave it and my body to the earth in decent burial. 2nd I wish all my just debts to be paid. 3rd I give unto my son Samuel, John, Aaron and Manuel Jackson each one a horse bridle and saddle. 4th I give unto my daughters, Mary, Lydia, Jane, Catherine and Charlotte Jackson one bed and furniture one cow and calf of which Lydia and Jane hath need their beds and cow and calf. 5th I give to my eight children Mary, Jane, Samuel, John, Catherine, Aaron, Manuel and Charlotte all the property I possess or am in possession of or interested in at the time of my death Lands Negroes stock of all kinds money and every thing that may come to hand , provided first they shall first pay to the children of Lydia Taylor to wit James, Elizabeth, Aaron, Walker, and all other children she may lawfully have. The ninth part of my estate and all so give unto my beloved wife Rebecca all the property she was possession of at the time I married her and shall give her a reasonable support during her Natural life out of my estate.
