Amen I John McLaughlin of the state of Georgia and county of Warren, being of of sound mind and memory do make, ordain and declare this instrument to be my last Will and Testament, revoking all others. First. . . . To my beloved Wife Elenor McLaughlin I give and bequeath the whole of my Estate both real and personal, which may be on hand at the time of my Decease, to be used and disposed of at her death or marriage as she may think proper , as I do my pension that I receive of the United States for my revolutionary services. Second and lastly I constitute and appoint my dearly beloved wife Elenor McLaughlin and Aron W. Grier Executrix and Executor of this my last will and Testament.
