Warren County }

Know all men by these presents That we Thomas W. Kent,
Alexander Avera and Benjamin Rhodes are held and firmly
bound unto their Honors the Justices of the Inferior
Court for sd. County, and their successors in office, in
the just & full sum of Two thousand dollars:  which
payment well & truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our
heirs, executors & administrators each & every of them,
jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.  Sealed
with our Seals, and dated this fourth day of February
1822.  

Whereas the above named Thomas W. Kent was this
day appointed by the Honorable the Justices of the
Inferior Court of the County aforesaid, Guardian of the
persons & property of Richard Rhodes, a Minor, above the
age of fourteen years, by his own choice and also by the
authority of the said court, Guardian of the persons and
property of Jessee Rhodes, James Rhodes, Reily Rhodes,
Delilah Rhodes Nancy Rhodes, and Elizabeth Rhodes, all
minors & orphan children of Thomas Rhodes deceased:  Now
the Condition of the above obligation is such, That if
the above bound Thomas W. Kent shall well, truly and
faithfully do execute and perform all and singular the
duties required of him by law as Guardian aforesaid, Then
the above obligation to be void; else to remain in full
force
