I dispose of the same, as follows, First I direct that all my past debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon my decease as possible out of the first monies that shall come into the hands of my executors from any portion of my estate real or personal and whereas my son John Wheeler has had one hundred dollars in worth & one feather bed & furniture & the worth of two cows. David Evans has had the same amount of my estate and Hugh Evans has also had the same except ten dollars which Sum of Ten dollars I wish made up to the said Hugh Evans, my Son in law which will make John Wheeler my son, David & Hugh Evans both my Son in laws equal in the first portion of the dividend of my estate and whereas my wife Edy Wheeler David Wheeler, my son Dilly & Mary Wheeler my daughters has not had the before mentioned hundred dollars bed & furniture & two cows, I hereby request & command my executor next after paying my debts & funeral expenses to pay over to Edy Wheeler my wife David Wheeler my son & Dilly and Mary Wheeler my daughter one hundred dollars, one feather bed & furniture & two cows or The worth of two cows, this amount to be paid each of them before named Edy, David, Dilly & Mary before John Wheeler D & H Evans receives any more. The balance of my personal property I wish Sold & the money equally divided Share & share amongst my wife & children. And as to the real estate that I am now possessed of I direct & request my executor to run & survey one hundred acres of land to John Wheeler the same to include the east end of my land adjoining land with John Adkins the dividing line to run Straight from Side to Side so as to include the premises Whereon Said John Wheeler now lives The same to be John Wheeler’s portion of my land forever. I also gave David Wheeler my Son one hundred acres of land adjoining lands of Hugh Montgomery & Samuel Story, big brier creek being The line on the South side by the Same more or less Known by the name of the David Wheeler place as his Share of my land forever. The balance except three acres whereon my Sisters now live namely Sarah & Elizabeth Wheeler including the house they live in Which Said three acres they are to use their lifetime and at their death to return to the original tract and owner or owners of the same. I give to my wife during her natural life & at the death of Edy Wheeler my wife my four daughters and their legal representatives namely Sarah Evans, the wife of David Evans, Elizabeth Evans the wife of Hugh Evans, Dilly Wheeler & Mary Wheeler to enter into & possess the Same forever.
