Cody's nuncupative Will at the last sickness of Green W. Cody at his dwelling in said county on the 31st day of March 1882, and being called on by him to bear witness to his Will, heard him declare his will as follows, "I wish and desire to have my property kept together until my youngest child shall become of age, and in the meantime all that is made on my place, over and above the expense of running it, I desire shall be equally divided between my wife and children, and I desire to have William Alexander Grier to be the executor of my will," all of which on the 5th day of April 1882, aftger Green W. Cody's death was reduced to writing and signed by us, at the request of the executor, William Alexander Grier. Given under our hands. -Amanda S. Grier, James M. Cody, William A. Grier. Georgia, Warren County Personally came into open court on this the 17th day of June 1882, at a regular adjouned term of said Court, Amanda S. Grier, James M. Cody and William A. Grier, who being duly sworn say that they were present at the making of the within numcupative Will of Green W. Cody; that they were, being so present bidden by the said Green W. Cody to bear witness that such was his will as now presented to this Court, that the said Will was made in the last sickness of G. W. Cody, in the house of his habitation in said county, and that the same was reduced to writing within thirty days after speaking the same. Which writing is the within and here in open Court: and we further swear that at the time of making said Will, said G. W. Cody was of sound and disposing mind and memory, and acted volumtarily and at the time specified. Sworn to and subscribed before me in open court this June 11th, 1882. R.W.
